Gift Cards and Cash

Gift Cards

• Gift cards are a great way to allow the giftee to get exactly what they want.
• Make sure the gift card is for a store that they love and frequently shop.
• If in doubt, we recommend a generic gift card that the giftee can spend anywhere they choose.
• Mix it up a bit. Do not give a gift card to the same store repeatedly- unless you KNOW that’s what they want.

Cash

• Cash is king- need we say more?

Add a personal touch

• If giving cash or a gift card, make sure to include a personal touch with a handwritten note or card.
• Wrap it up! Get a special box or container and wrap. Who doesn’t like unwrapping a gift?

Mailing precautions

• Take precaution to secure gift card or cash when mailing. Greeting cards are obvious target for having cash or gift cards.
• If mailing in a card, put the card in a larger envelope for mailing. Tape the envelope’s seams for extra protection.
• Mail it in a small box.
